Meet Your Instructor

Hi, I’m Ogechi. I’m a real estate investor, educator, and founder of OneSavvyDollar. I help 9-5 renters and homeowners who want to be real estate investors.

Business Insider described me as the landlord who knows that’s because I bought my first property at 21 and now, I own several profitable rental properties.

You see, I remember telling someone I wanted to go to Harvard at age 19/20. She laughed at me. The kind of laugh that said: You? Harvard? Why in the world would Harvard accept you? 

Out of doubt and fear, I never applied and as you know, “you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take”.

A year or two later at age 21, I decided to buy my first property. I didn’t want to be discouraged out of wealth building or ownership so I didn’t share my goals with that person. 

I found a seller in Atlanta and got on a plane from New York to Atlanta on Memorial Day weekend.

Two months later in July, I closed on my property and the rest is history. 

Getting on that plane and buying my first property was the second best decision I ever made at the time. I didn’t come from wealth and I wasn’t a super high earner when I started my real estate journey either. 

Today, that property (yes, I still own it) is worth 2x more and it has allowed me acquire other properties where I now earn well over $100,000 annually. 

I was able to pay off my $26,000 student loan debt in 2017 (See image above), replace my then 9-5 income, and I stopped being reliant on the income from my job. Today, I’ve gone from counting down to pay day to counting more pay days.

Had I shared my goals with that person, I never would have made the move that brought me all this good fortune.

You can read the course, listen to the audio or watch the videos; that’s 3 ways to absorb the material. The course has been created to suit your learning style.

You can access the course on your computer and on your mobile devices. How long can you access the course? How does lifetime sound?

Q. Does this course include a one-on-one with you?

There will be weekly group coaching for the 8 weeks as you take the course. You’re getting Course + Coaching + Community. I’ll also be available in the group to answer your questions. The price of the course does not include a one-on-one with me.
