Disclaimer: Every company on The Blueprint Hitlist is selected through a repeatable evaluation process focused on strength, positioning, and forward opportunity.
No stock is selected based on social media hype, headlines, or price predictions.
The Hitlist is carefully curated; it’s not comprehensive. That means: Not every “good” or “popular” stock will make the list. A stock earning a spot reflects why it fits right now; it’s not a guarantee of future returns.
The purpose of the Hitlist is simply; clearer and quicker decision making so you can build a portfolio that compounds for you.
Final decisions, position sizing, and timing always depend on your personal goals, risk tolerance, and portfolio structure. That being said…
Hi, Blueprint Hitlist Crew 👋🏾
For the month of February, I evaluated two companies that rarely make headlines but provide much needed services that modern systems can’t function without. Without further ado, let’s get into it…
2. Ituran Location and Control Ltd. (ITRN)
Company Name: Ituran Location and Control Ltd. (ITRN)
Sector/Industry: Technology/Scientific and Technical Instruments
Current Price: $45.46 (as of February 2nd, 2026)
52 Week Range: $30.06 – $45.90
Dividends: $0.50
Business Model: Subscription based with 2.5M subscribers
What Does Ituran (ITRN) Do?
Ituran (ITRN) provides stolen vehicle recovery (SVR) services, primarily in Israel, Brazil, and other parts of Latin America; they also serve the U.S market.
Using a device installed in the car, Ituran is able to detect when a vehicle has been stolen, notify law enforcement, and assist in the locating and recovery of the vehicle.
70% of Ituran’s revenue comes from ongoing subscriptions and their customers include;
- Individual drivers
- Insurance companies
- Car manufacturers
- Dealers and importers
Ituran Location and Control Ltd. (ITRN) share price was between $30.06 and $45.90 over the past 52 weeks while paying $0.50 in dividends quarterly.
As of the third quarter of 2025, Ituran Location and Control Ltd.(ITRN) has 2.5 million subscribers.
The company reported a strong subscriber base, adding 40,000 net new subscribers during Q3 2025 and in November 2025, they announced a new 3-year agreement with Renault in Latin America.
Why Ituran (ITRN) Earned a Spot:
Some companies grow because they’re loud and or popular; while others grow because they’re useful. Ituran falls primarily in the second category.
This is a business built around things people don’t casually cancel:
- Vehicle recovery
- Location services
- Fleet monitoring
- Security
When something is stolen, lost, or needs to be tracked, you don’t “wait and see.” You’re bound to take action; and that’s a very different kind of demand.
What stands out to me about Ituran (ITRN) is the consistency.
It’s not trying to be the flashiest name in the market. It’s focused on recurring services, long-term customers, and steady execution; quarter after quarter.
I also pay attention to who else is paying attention.
Institutions don’t stick around in companies that feel fragile. And Ituran has a deep institutional footprint for a reason: the business works, the cash flow is real, and the business model is sticky.
Ituran (ITRN) made the Hitlist because it brings balance to a portfolio.
This isn’t a stock you buy for a quick thrill; it’s the kind of company that smooths the ride while still participating in growth not by chasing trends, but by serving a real, ongoing need.
And when it comes to investing, usefulness compounds.
